I was there when Kim left the music biz too. I actually started a Kim Wilde website in 1996, a year before she went on maternity leave (so to speak). I tend to disagree: Kim has given Pierre and myself some recognition. I'll let Pierre speak for himself, but I remember a few interviews in which Kim mentions my website and don't forget, she's also written a few pieces for kimwilde.com and Wilde Life in recent years. I do think that Kim's fans have had some influence on Kim's 2006 comeback; she never expected the success she had after 2003 with Nena. I think Kim has credited her fans often enough for that. About recognition,,,No one can take credits for Kim's successful Comeback or recogntion in 2009 except Kim herself. Looking at her schedual after even 3years her new album was released she is more booked then last 20years of her career.
